At St Andrew’s we are heavily involved with our community and throughout the year host about 50 different groups. Some come weekly, others fortnightly, yet others less frequently and some only once a year. They are from Broomhall, Sheffield University Societies and city-wide groups.
We offer our facilities for weddings and private parties (see our Room Hire).
Some of the groups that use our facilities:
- Annabelle Lawson – Classical pianist –
After a very successful series of chamber music concerts series 2017-18, curated by Annabelle, preparations are being made for a second series. She commented: “I have been hosting the <in:spire with…> chamber music series at St Andrew’s URC, Sheffield for a year now. It is a beautiful, intimate setting, with a fabulous acoustic for chamber music making. Its central location and efficient and friendly management team are further assets. Bring on Season 2! “
