The video below is embedded using the “HTML code” widget and the embed code from youtube (found when you click “share” and then “embed”. The video options are limited and all lay within the code itself.

The code looks like this when pasted into the HTML widget so you can change settings within that.

This video below is embedded using the “video” widget (screenshots below) and is the easier of the two options. You can paste the video URL (the address of the video in the search bar, eg: “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9w-7RoH_uic” for the example tomato video) into the widget settings and it will embed it. There are options for autoplay, mute etc within the widget settings.
